1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MeasureMate AI (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is operated by The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").
2. Description of Service
MeasureMate AI is an AI-powered mobile application that helps estimate dimensions, area, materials, caution notes, and quote-ready project notes from a photo and a known reference size. AI-generated estimates are informational and must be verified manually before purchases, construction work, shipping decisions, or professional quotes.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App is free to download. Premium features may be available through Weekly Premium, an auto-renewing subscription, or Lifetime Premium, a one-time purchase. Prices and availability are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation. All purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store and your Apple ID settings. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required: Apple Standard EULA.
4. Usage Limits
To maintain service quality, AI-powered features may include usage limits, rate limits, or Premium access limits. These limits may be applied per device or account and may reset periodically. Attempts to bypass service limits may result in restricted access.
5. AI Estimate Disclaimer
AI-generated measurements and estimates can be inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by photo angle, lighting, lens distortion, missing reference sizes, and unclear surfaces. The App does not replace manual measurement, professional inspection, contractor judgment, engineering advice, or building-code review. You are responsible for verifying important dimensions before acting on any result.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Sky Bringup, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos or content you submit through the App.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, unsafe, or misleading purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or security measures
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Resell or misrepresent AI-generated estimates as verified professional measurements
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or Premium service during the prior 12 months.
9. Service Availability
AI features require an internet connection and depend on third-party infrastructure that may change or become temporarily unavailable. We may modify, limit, or discontinue features when needed to maintain service quality or comply with platform requirements.
